fun aroud town

last weekend i got to hop on over to the eastern market area for lunch with abby and michelle. on the way over, there was tons of metro traffic because of the cherry blossom festival. i am going to try to make it to the mall at some point to see the beautiful trees - just not when it's swarming with crowds! anyway, lunch with m and a was such a lovely time. we got pupusas from a a little el salvadorian joint and then ate in the sun. the food was delicious and the company was refreshing!

 

in other news, i've discovered that i really don't like the word "gelatinous". apparently there are "gelatinous" substances in inner ears. EW.
